Atami Onsen town is counted as one of the 3 largest onsen areas in Japan and it is very popular among the Japanese. In particular, Izusan Onsen has a long history and has been favoured by prominent figures and warriors. Hotel Suiyotei which is located in this Atami Izusan Onsen area boasts one of the largest Ocho Daiyokuden in Japan as well as a Daiyokujo that gives an unbroken view of the ocean and the Manazura Peninsula spreading out below your eyes, rotenburo / Iwaburo / private baths / sauna baths and the many other baths of which the hotel is proud. These will surely ease the fatigue of travelling.
This hotel, with a view of the ocean, provides 3 types of rooms. Ocean View rooms in the main building, authentic Japanese style rooms each with an air of harmony that has been carefully scrutinized in the “Seiyu Building”. There are also luxurious private “Hanareya” each with private rotenburo in which you can spend private moments without worrying about anyone around you.
The cuisine is fully loaded with the bounty of the sea of Atami. Hand-picked seasonal ingredients are incorporated into the cuisine through the sensitivity and technique of the head chef. Please take note of the typical Japanese crockery on which the food is served. These are changed with the seasons.
Access from the capital Tokyo is 50 minutes by Shinkansen making transport very convenient. We provide a free bus service from Atami Station.
